Leo Carrillo Beach

This last weekend was spent camping at Leo Carrillo beach. Not so remote but if you get up early enough, low tide will reward you with an empty beach and tide pools.

HDR photo shot with a 10.5mm fisheye lense I rented for the weekend.

Non HDR photo shot with 10 exposures at random intervals. No software processing at all! There are multiple exposures of this frame meant for HDR that were shot. But upon creating the HDR image within Photomatrix I found several distortions. Don't yet know how to fix/eliminate that issue. I hope to find the solution soon because despite those pixilated distortions, the colors fucking rock.

La Loma Bridge

This is much better, but still has some issues. Makes the other version look completely dull and lifeless. That shot is going back to the drawing board! It's rudely ugly compared to this reworking. I'll re-post it after I spend more time with it and hopefully get a better result. For now I'll leave it down there in that last post, but a better version is to be had.
